I should probably state that if you’ve never set foot in a gym before or detest the thought of lifting weights our programme may not be for you. Unless you buy in to our methods 100% they will be wasted on you. Spend 6 months mastering the basics and then when you start to see results and you have got the bug for training start on our novice programme.
We plan training cycles of 12 weeks, changing the volume of work and the level of effort. Sometimes reducing the load to catapult your strength in the coming weeks.
