The next level on any strength-building goal. This online strength plan progresses from our Novice series by increasing the intensity.
Based on the concept of 5-3-1 with our own StrengthBox twist, the amount of weight you lift in the 4 key lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press) will increase every week.
