I should probably state that if you’ve never set foot in a gym before or detest the thought of lifting weights our programme may not be for you. Unless you buy in to our methods 100% they will be wasted on you. 

We plan training cycles of 4-12 weeks, changing the volume of work and the level of effort. Sometimes reducing the load to catapult your strength and fitness in the coming weeks.
