StrengthBox Gym was founded in 2014 with the simple aim of bringing  quality strength and conditioning techniques usually reserved only for professional athletes to everybody.

Owner, Nick Scott had previously graduated with a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University, London and worked with professional rugby players at Harlequins RFC.

He wanted to bring the practices of sport psychology, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and exercise physiology to the public and, hence, StrengthBox Gym’s body transformations began.

Built around allowing it’s members to exercise in a way that makes them most comfortable, StrengthBox offers one-to-one fitness training or to circuit training for those who are motivated by having others with them.
